Civil unrest.
It is all around us. We watched a man being killed by another man. We watched a black man being killed by a police officer, while other police officers stood by and did nothing. The people who took an oath to protect and serve, did not.
Anger. Rage. Disbelief. Pain. Terror.
A very courageous person filmed this outrage so that those of us not present could see this assault-an assault on all of us.
Say his name – George Floyd. Say it louder. Hear it clearly. Make a pledge to do what you can so that such violence never happens again.
